Non Disparagement Clause

- Based on what the parties presently know, they agree that $10,000.00 is a reasonable estimate of the damages that would accrue if a breach occurred in the future; and

-  All parties agree that the amount of liquidated damages is fair and reasonable and would not act as a penalty to the breaching party.

The parties agree and acknowledge that this non-disparagement provision is a material term of this Agreement, the absence of which would have resulted in the Company refusing to allow access to this website or provide any other services.

Advertising and 3rd Party Offerings on Our Website

Ramos & Associates @ Re/Max Select may run ads and/or promotions from 3rd parties on the website and may provide information about or add links to 3rd party products or services on Our Website.
